This page explains what information Studyu Marketing LTDA ("Studyu", "we", "us") collects through studyu.com.br/partners, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this page and the request form on it — not to studyu.com.br as a whole.
Information we collect
What you submit through the request form
If you fill out the form on this page, we collect your name, work email, company or agency name, company website (optional), what you're looking for, and any notes you add. The form does not submit to a Studyu server or database — clicking "Send my request" opens your own email app with a message already addressed to [email protected]. The information is sent directly from your device through your own email provider; we only receive what you choose to send.
Website usage data
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this page — page views, referrer, approximate device/browser type, general location inferred from IP address, and on-page interactions such as button clicks. This is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This page does not use advertising or cross-site retargeting pixels — only first-party analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and, if it moves forward, prepare a scope and quote.
- To understand, in aggregate, how this page performs and where it can be clearer.
We don't use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we don't add you to any mailing list from a form submission alone.
Cookies
This page sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics (names starting with _ga), used only to
measure usage of this page, retained per our Google Analytics account settings. No consent-gated advertising
cookies are used here.
Third parties
Google Analytics (Google LLC) processes usage data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We don't sell or share personal information with any other third party, and we don't have a program that trades personal information for money or other value.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, correction or deletion of it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though as noted above, we don't sell or share personal information in the first place. We also aim to honor recognized opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. Data retention
We keep information submitted through the request form only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the length of our business relationship and as required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Children's privacy
This page is intended for businesses and marketing agencies, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
International visitors
Studyu is based in Brazil. Information you submit may be processed in Brazil and in the United States, where our analytics and email providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
